Announcement on Transfer of Property into Trust Management

LLP “Kazakh Research Institute of Animal Husbandry and Fodder Production” announces a selection process for a trustee to transfer office premises and box facilities located in Almaty into trust management.

Requirements for potential trustees:

By December 17, 2025, candidates must submit a written consent to participate, indicating the proposed monthly rental payment, as well as the following documents:

For legal entities:

• Charter;
• Certificate of state registration;
• Order appointing the head of the organization.

For individual entrepreneurs:

• Entrepreneur certificate/registration document;
• Identity document;
• Other documents upon request of the founder of trust management.

Minimum monthly rent: 5,000,000 KZT (excluding utilities, operational and other services, as well as telephone and internet subscription fees).

Utility payments shall be covered additionally by the trustee as follows:

• electricity and gas — according to supplier tariffs based on meter readings and monthly invoices;
• cold water and sewage — according to supplier tariffs based on meter readings and monthly invoices;
• heating — according to supplier tariffs based on monthly invoices;
• fire alarm services — according to monthly invoices.

Term of trust management: 3 years.

The trustee undertakes to:

• maintain the property in proper condition and carry out routine repairs at their own expense;
• use the property strictly for its intended purpose;
• perform routine repairs only upon written approval of the founder at their own expense;
• comply with fire safety, sanitary, and other legal requirements;
• provide any requested information related to property management, including bank account statements;
• return the property upon termination or early termination of the agreement via acceptance-transfer act in proper condition, considering normal wear and tear;
• transfer all inseparable improvements without compensation.

From January 1, 2026, the trustee is obliged to transfer the monthly rental payment specified in the contract to the designated bank account of the founder.

The trustee shall prepare all necessary documents and register the agreement with the authorized body.

All notarization and state registration costs shall be borne by the trustee.
